Saturday 02 March 2024 saw the return of the third annual Female Fighters Festival. The British Judo Olympic and Paralympic National Training Centre welcomed over 100 female judoka of all ages and abilities. In addition to practical sessions led by the likes of Gemma Howell, Sophie Cox and Yoko Tanabe, there were opportunities for attendees to learn more about nutrition and the wider benefits of judo
