Even with the very heavy showers we had a very enjoyable day at Newbridge on Wye Carnival.  Well done to all the participants who dressed up and the amazing floats, they were great.  Many thanks to Newbridge on Wye Carnival Commitee for asking us to attend a very successful day!!
