Four great days at this years Royal Welsh Show, good feed back from the demonstrations and lots of interest in Judo from people calling into our tent, seen lots of old and new faces and look forward to seeing you all again next year.  Many thanks to all the Club Members who helped out with the demonstrations and Gary Cole for being my assistant on the mat.  Many thanks to everyone who has helped to achieve the four fantastic days with me.
